The Rush Book 1: Territory

I flew up. "Very nice. Shall we feast?" I looked at the two black and brown spots on the ground. I looked at Arrow then at Incendia.

I nodded, and drove with such speed and force toward the ground, that you could almost see the air going past my wings.
Arrow tried to do the same, but failed.
I landed, and waited.

I landed on the ground next to Incendia. "Very well done." I smiled. I looked at the two bears. I laughed. Although I wasn't this rude and cruel, I added, "That's what they get for crossing borders."

I nodded, "Yes..."
Arrow nodded. "Where did you learn how to hunt, and fight...?" he asked me.
"I just spent a lot of time watching..." I said.

I chuckled. Out of all the things to ask. "So, shall we feast?" I crept over towards the bears swiftly. As though I was hovering over land. I looked at Incendia and Arrow's direction.

I and Arrow nodded. I took one bear for Arrow and I.

I took the other to share the leftovers with the betas or the rest of the pack. I smiled. I started to eat. Although it seemed wrong to eat the creatures, but they were an offspring that did not include dragons. I continued to eat.

Arrow and I shared, and then ate. I ate quickly, and was soon done.

I still had most left. I smiled. "Ready??" I asked. I looked at the other two. I picked up the meat in my talons.

I nodded, and so did Arrow.

I started flying through the air once more. I could see camp ahead. I started lowering.

Arrow and I started flying after her.

I soon let go of the bear. I then landed on my talons. I smiled. "That was delicious. I looked at Arrow and Incendia. I smiled. "I'll go take these to the betas real quick." I grabbed the bear in my mouth and then started walking. I smiled back behind me. I dropped off the bear leftovers and flew back to Incendia and Arrow. "I'm back." I smiled.

We both nodded.

"What to do now? We've already eaten healthy and cleaned Arrow's gash... What now?" I looked at face to face awaiting an answer.

I shrugged. I was useless for ideas.
Arrow started to think.

I thought as well. Nothing came to mind. I then thought about the lake we shared with wolves. "Shall we go to the lake?" I smiled.

I shrugged, and Arrow nodded. "Ok, I guess we're going, then." I said.

I laughed. "We don't have to go. But we shan't do nothing. Are you sure, you have nothing, or nowhere to go?"

I nodded. "Yeah..."

I nodded. "Very well. Shall we go?" I smiled my persuasive smile. I started flapping my wings. I hovered over the ground.

Arrow and I both nodded. Then we started flying.

I flew by their sides. I let my wings guide me. I could soon see a beautiful shade of blue. "The Lake." I smiled.

I dove downward, and landed next to the lake.

I went after Incendia. I smiled. I lapped some water. While we were here I guessed I would. I smiled. "Anyone for a swim?" I slithered in. Everything was underwater but my head. I looked like the Lochness Monster.
