The Rush Book 1: Territory

Arrow dove in, willingly. Always.
I dove after him.

I smiled. I looked around. Side to side. The wolves weren't near. They must be doing something else. I smiled. I looked at the other two.

Arrow stuck close by my side. I'd wondered why, but then I remembered us as young dragons, and him always liking me. I could give into anything, though, because as a medical wing, we couldn't really have mates... Ever... It was part of the job to stay focused.
Arrow smiled at her, then at me. I looked away, and dove underwater.

I smiled at the two. I flew up out of the water. The droplets swirled around me. I smiled. "Hey... can I talk to you Incendia, alone." I smiled.

I nodded. "Yes ma'am..." I followed after her.
Arrow stayed where he was, swimming.

I smiled charmingly. I laughed. "You like Arrow." I accused.

(Can we just do Hills have Fangs for now... I'm tired.. xP)

"No. I can't... I'm not allowed. I'm not supposed t-" I paused, looking at the ground, "Yes." I muttered in defeat.

I smiled in victory. "Incendia, I made the rules. You may if you desire... I've been watching you two. I think he likes you too. Incendia, you've been a loyal friend. I'm granting you option to mate." I looked at Arrow.

"I musn't... It would take me from my work. I-" I felt the defeat, and thought it necessary not to go against the Alpha. "Very well then... You might have more luck talking to Arrow though..."

I giggled. "It's not up to me. I'm just the one granting you the opportunity." I smiled.

"Well... Please just talk to him..." I shook my head. Then I turned and lunged toward the water, diving in. I nudged his neck, lightly, and said, "Go talk to the Alpha..."
He nodded, and went over to her, still looking at me.

i smiled and shook my head. I looked at the male. "Arrow, I've given Incendia the opportunity to mate." I smiled. "It's up to you now." I dove in the lake.

(Ohhhh.... Works. I got it now... LOL)



Arrow was confused at first, but then got it. "Oh... You mean me..." he looked at the ground. "I guess I'm rather obvious..." he dove back into the lake, and went by me.
"I guess you heard...?" I asked, cautiously.
"Rather... And I've deicded yes... It's your choice now..." he looked at me.
"Alright..." I said.
"Alright as in you'll think, or alright as in you'll do it...?" he questioned.
I looked at him. "Alright as in I'll do it." I said, solemnly. "I don't mind at this point..."

I watched them and couldn't help but smile. Was it so hard for them just to ask to be mates. I dove under. I opened my eyes to see their tails. I smiled. I took their tails and connected them. I swam a little farther up. I come above the surface. "Just ask to be mates. Really." I smiled. I went back under and swam around.

(Okay.. pause. )

I went silent, glaring at her. It was awkward. Completely. But I said nothing.
"will you be my mate, then.?" Arrow asked, breaking the silence.
I nodded.

I swam around. I felt a little weird. I yawned. I looked around. Everything was different underwater. I looked at the two.

I shrugged, and swam away, diving underwater.

Arrow stayed where he was.

I came up and only saw arrow. I swam near to him. I wondered why he was alone. "Where did incendia wander to??"

Arrow turned his attention to Persilla. "Oh she's swimming around underwater..." he shrugged, "She's probably not used to anything, anymore." he sighed.

I kept swimming unsure of anything at the moment, due to the fact that I knew that I would live a difficult life by having a mate, and being Medicine Wing.

I frowned slightly to myself. I thought of a great idea. I grinned widely. "Maybe we should get a med wing apprentice soon." I looked around. I looked at the male.

"Dia might like that..." he nodded once at it. Then he smiled lightly at the idea.
