A Riddle That I Found

This is just a simple (not really) riddle that I found. Very Happy

Once there was a guy in prison. One day, another man came and visited him. He stayed there for a while and walked out. While he was walking out, the guard came up to him and asked if/how he was related to the prisoner. The man said, "Brothers and sisters I have none, but that man's father is my father's son."
Who is the prisoner to the man?
